Description: On March 6, 2022, in the vicinity of the intersection of 110th Street and 2nd Avenue in New York, New York, plaintiff Cory Black was lawfully driving his motor vehicle when he was illegally pulled over by Defendants STEPHAN GRANT (“GRANT”) and Defendants JOHN OR JANE DOE 1-10. Defendants approached Plaintiff, grabbed him, and began searching the Plaintiff’s pockets without any legal basis to do so. Defendants then unlawfully searched him and affixed tight metal handcuffs to him. Defendants subjected Plaintiff to a humiliating strip search in which they forced Plaintiff to completely disrobe, and then squat down while nude to expose his anus and cough. Description: On September 13, 2021, P.O. approached lawfully present Plaintiff at the roadway of 5th Avenue with East 81st Street. P.O. grabbed, slammed the Plaintiff to the ground, jumped on top, had his arms twisted, pulled, and was forcefully placed in handcuffs. The Plaintiff was taken back to the 23rd Precinct at approximately 3 am. The Plaintiff was taken to the NY Country Central Booking at around 6 am. On September 14, 2021, He remained there until his release and was issued baseless criminal charges.
