Description: On May 31, 2022, Plaintiff ARMANDO JENNINGS was in the vicinity of Clarkson Avenue and East 95 Street, Brooklyn NY 11203 when defendant police officers AUSTIN PARISI, LEONARDO DEOLIVEIRA, MICHAEL ROODE, JOHNATHAN MIRANDA, LARRY FENG, DENNIS DIAZ, JOHN AND JANE DOE 1-3, acting in concert, falsely arrested and detained Plaintiff and used excessive force upon Plaintiff. During the assault, Defendants, among other things, tackled Plaintiff thrown him to the ground, slammed his face into the ground, repeatedly punched him and handcuffed Plaintiff in an excessively tight manner.
