Description: On December 1, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully occupying a vehicle owned and operated by his friend and was in obeyance of all laws and regulations when he was illegally stopped, searched, seized, detained and arrested by defendants, including KEVIN McSPEDON, DOMINICK RODRIGUEZ and AYOTUNDE ADENIYI.
Defendants questioned Plaintiff about where illegal firearms could be found after ordering him to exit the vehicle and remain behind it. They searched Plaintiff and then proceeded to violently contort Plaintiff arms behind his back so that they
could apply metal handcuffs.
