Description: On or about March 1, 2013 Plaintiff was in front of a building when he was accosted by POs Brian Davis and Ashley Ricci and asked to provide identification. Plaintiff was in the process of complying when, without provocation, POs Davis, Ricci, and others maliciously assaulted, attacked, and verbally abused Plaintiff, inflicting injuries on his hips, shoulders, and face. In addition to physical injuries Plaintiff also suffered mental anguish, shock, fright, apprehension, embarrassment, and humiliation as a result of this incident.
