Description: On May 27, 2023, officers Ryan Pruden and Anthony Porcelli were looking for summonses to write before the end of the month to meet their quota and tried to arrest a woman urinating in between two cars. Plaintiff protested that the officers were acting overly aggressive for a minor offense. Officer Pruden became enraged and Plaintiff decided to leave the scene and walk towards his car. Officer Pruden decided to follow him to his car and walked into his car door as it was being opened. Officer Pruden falsely claimed that Plaintiff intentionally struck him with the car door and then began assaulting, battering, and using excessive force against Plaintiff.
