Description: On September 20, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of Marcus Garvey Blvd and Myrtle Ave, Brooklyn, N Y, walking home when he was unlawfully stopped by Defendants. Defendant asked Plaintiff where he was going and Plaintiff replied, "home." Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and unlawfully searched him. Plaintiff asked Defendants why they were searching him and Defendants replied, "Don't worry about it." Defendants handcuffed Plaintiff and put him in a police car. Plaintiff was arrested and handcuffed. Defendants transported Plaintiff to the 79th Precinct police station where he was photographed, fingerprinted and detained in a holding cell.
