Description: On July 24, 2021, Ms. York attended a protest. NYPD officers surrounded the protesters on all sides and played a recording stating that protesters must disperse. NYPD Officer Jorge Garcia pushed Ms. York, who verbally expressed to Garcia that she couldn't move because she was trapped. Garcia ignored this information and continued pushing Ms. York on her shoulders and chest. At some point, an NYPD supervisor gave a command to arrest the protesters. Description: On May 30, 2020, plaintiff while in the street photographing, was forcibly pushed to the ground by P.O. Luigi Tirro. Plaintiff was then pulled from the sidewalk and restrained by Lieutenant Robert Cattani and PO Tirro. Plaintiff was t surrounded by officers including PO Nicholas Terrent and handcuffed.
