Description: On July 5, 2019, NYPD P.O. Kilfoyle, NYPD P.O. Brian Ramirez, NYPD P.O. Lashonda Porter, NYPD P.O. Sergeant David Mccann, and P.O. John or Jane Does # 1-10, and approximately 25-40 Police Officers unknown to Plaintiff approached Plaintiff and forcibly grabbed him, placing him in an illegal chokehold while pulling/dragging him to the ground and subjecting him to multiple punches to his face and body. Description: On September 1, 2018, Tayshaun Street ("Plaintiff") was planning to visit his brother but stopped on route at his shared apartment with Vanique McDonald to try and take his son with him. An arguement began and Police Officers Matthew Kilfoyle, John and Jane Doe 1-5 ("Defendants") showed up. The Defendants used unreasonable and excessive force when they grabbed the Plaintiff by the neck, choked, punched and struck him to the ground. The Plaintiff was then tasered by one of the Defendants and placed in handcuffs before being taken to the hospital.
