Complaint
Description: On June 4, 2020, when plaintiff was lawfully at her home with her boyfriend, NYPD car parked at their home and police officer Brendan Storz, police officer Sofia Hamid, police officer Michael Agunzo, and other police officers arrived and claimed they are responding to an alleged noise complaint. However, when plaintiff’s boyfriend went outside, the officers surrounded him, wrestled with him, beat him, and tazed him twice. Plaintiff confronted the officer about their brutal treatment of her boyfriend. The officers arrested both of them. The district attorney declined to prosecute the charges.
