Description: On October 10, 2017 at approximately 1:00 p.m., Plaintiff Josue Morales was in the vicinity of East 180th Street when NYPD officers including P.O. Jerry George and P.O. Dharlyn Vasquez approached Morales without reason and searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him.
