Description: On February 19, 2012, Plaintiff was driving when he observed his relative being detained by NYPD officers. Plaintiff exited the vehicle and showed the NYPD officers his Federal badge and introduced himself. Plaintiff asked the NYPD officers why his relative was being detained and the officers rudely replied that it was none of his business. NYPD officers then handcuffed him and took him to the precinct. Plaintiff complained of overly tight handcuffs but was told to stop complaining. The case against Plaintiff was later dismissed.
