Description: On April 19, 2021, at approximately 4:00 A.M., inside the apartment building located at 349 Rockaway Parkway in Kings County, Plaintiffs Takora Faison and Tatyana Faison-Jerry were illegally stopped, seized, searched, detained, and arrested by Defendant NYPD Officers Justin Colon, Justin Einwechter, David Yusim, and other unidentified NYPD Officers. Defendant Officers violently contorted Plaintiffs' arms behind their backs and placed them in tight handcuffs. Plaintiffs were transported to the 67th Precinct and were confined to a cell for approximately 8 hours where they were questioned without presence of counsel.
