Complaint
Description: On or about June 12, 2016 Plaintiff's ex-girlfriend went to Plaintiff's residence in violation of an Order of Protection Plaintiff's mother had taken out against her. Plaintiff's girlfriend began attacking Plaintiff, who called 911. When PO Kenyatta Brown arrived Plaintiff's girlfriend was walking away. Plaintiff alerted PO Brown to this and PO Brown arrested Plaintiff and placed him in handcuffs. PO Brown brought Plaintiff to a squad car and directed him to the rear seat but the front seat was fully reclined and obstructing the back seat. Regardless, PO Brown attempted to force Plaintiff into the rear seat, and when Plaintiff was unable to do so PO Brown maliciously tripped Plaintiff, who was handcuffed. Unabl...
