Complaint
Description: On November 3, 2022, NYPD officer Dylan Gilliam and other officers, without justification, pushed plaintiff out of the Midtown South Precinct, handcuffed him, arrested him, and charged him with various crimes. None of the other officers present at the stationhouse intervened. As a result of this conduct, plaintiff suffered severe emotional trauma and distress. The charges against plaintiff were dismissed on February 3, 2023.
