Description: On December 11, 2018, unnamed police officers unlawfully entered and searched Plaintiff's home. Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested for tampering with a witness, assault, criminal mischief, menacing, and harassment. Plaintiff was incarcerated for approximately 7 days and all charges were ultimately dismissed.

Description: On 2/18/2017, Plaintiff was walking down Myrtle Ave near Knickerbocker Avenue while on a break from work. he was approached by Defendants Ignarro and Lewis. a robbery had occurred 15 minutes prior nearby. Defendants used an iPhone ping to go to that scene, tracing the victims cell phone. When Defendants arrived the cell phone was not at the location. Without provocation, Colon was searched by the Defendants and arrested. At the time of the arrest, Colon was wearing a light grey hoody and blue jeans and is approximately 5'2". The description of the suspect from the robbery was that of a male approximately 5'7" in height, who was reportedly wearing a black hoody, jeans, and a ski mask. The robber apparently took...
