Description: On May 27, 2016, plaintiff was waiting at a machine located within a subway station when defendants abruptly threw plaintiff to the ground. Defendants placed plaintiff in handcuffs and brought him to a room inside the station, where he was searched and questioned. Plaintiff was released from custody 2 hours later.
