Description: On October 24, 2023, Plaintiff was on the street watching officer Elias Wallen and certain unnamed officers arrest other people outside her house. Plaintiff was standing behind officer Wallen and was not interfering with policy activity. Officer Wallen and certain unnamed officers pushed, assaulted, and battered Plaintiff for no reason. Officer Wallen yelled at Plaintiff, violently and excessively elbowed and punched her face, and knocked her glasses off. Plaintiff was thereafter transported to the hospital.
