Description: On October 25, 2016, Defendants wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized the Plaintiff in an excessive manner causing him physical pain and mental suffering. Defendants placed Plaintiff in imminent fear of physical contact by approaching the Plaintiff and restraining him. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and imprisoned.
