Description: On April 21, 2012, at approximately 6:00 PM, the plaintiff, Wendell Baker, was lawfully present on a public sidewalk when the defendants, the named police officers, forcefully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched and arrested the plaintiff without reasonable suspicion, probable cause or any legal justification. The plaintiff complied with the defendants' orders. The defendants did not find any illegal weapons, drugs or contraband on the plaintiff. The plaintiff transported to the 14th precinct for processing after the arrest, where he was placed in a holding cell until the next day when he was transported to Manhattan Central Booking.
