Description: On or about January 1, 2017, the Defendant police officers forcibly seized and detained plaintiff, falsely accusing him of acting disorderly. The Defendants grabbed Plaintiff, threw him onto the ground, and kicked him in the back. The Defendants then handcuffed Plaintiff, injuring Plaintiff’s left wrist and right elbow in the process. Defendants took Plaintiff to the 9th precinct where he was photographed, fingerprinted, and placed in a cell for hours before being transferred to the hospital. Once he was done being treated, Defendants once again took him to the 9th precinct.
