Description: On October 4, 2018, NYPD officers William Gavigan, Aldo Yubini, Christopher McKenna, Jesse Colon, Richard Guerrieri, Malcolm Danziger, Stephanie Mazza, Paul Montana, and Jeffrey Taszymowicz, who did not identify themselves as police officers, tackled the plaintiff to the ground. They proceeded to punch, kick, and strike the plaintiff with various unknown objects, despite him being unarmed and offering no resistance. Description: Defendant officers stopped and detained plaintiff, transported him to the 70th precinct, and once released, was not given some of his property back. Plaintiff charged of criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, later dismissed. On a second incident, Defendant officers stopped and detained plaintiff while he was driving, hit plaintiff's vehicle, and sprayed pepper spray inside of the vehicle. Plaintiff needed medical attention for his injury. No charges were filed against Plaintiff for this incident.
