Description: On April 19, 2014, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Plaintiff was in and/or near his apartment in 685 Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn. Plaintiff was stopped, searched, brutalized, handcuffed, falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned, and mistreated by several NYPD officers, including Officer George Allen, Sergeant Yancy Brown, Sergeant Lawrence, and several unidentified NYPD officers.
