Description: On or about September 3, 2015 at 5:30 am, Defendant police officers (including Defendant Christopher Troisi) entered the apartment in which Plaintiff was present. The officers detained, arrested, and searched Plaintiff without probable cause. The officers drove Plaintiff to the precinct.
