Description: On or about February 12, 2012, Plaintiff was at his apartment with his two daughters. One of his daughters ran out of the apartment and into the street. Plaintiff went downstairs to look for his daughter. NYPD Officers, including but not limited to ALI, OSORIO, EV ANS, URBINA, and MODESTIL, located the daughter but then arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff requested to go back into his apartment to get his insulin, but the police refused his requests. Plaintiff was placed in a police vehicle and transported to the 67th Precinct.
