Description: On October 9, 2022, Plaintiff was a passenger in a car in Astoria, Queens, NY. Plaintiffs brother was driving while Plaintiff sat in the front passenger seat. A police car signaled for the car to stop. Plaintiff’s brother pulled the car over. Two officers approached the vehicle, one at the passenger side, the other at the driver’s side. Defendants commanded Plaintiff and his brother to roll down the front windows. They complied. Officers opened the driver’s side door, pulled Plaintiff’s brother out of the seat, and handcuffed Plaintiff’s brother.
