Description: On March 22, 2014, Plaintiff was within her residence when two NYPD officers knocked on her door. Plaintiff opened the door and spoke with defendants, answering their questions. Defendants asked Plaintiff for certain documents to aid their investigation of a complaint. Plaintiff advised officers she would retrieve the documents, would be right back and closed the door. Defendants broke down plaintiff's door and entered her home. Defendants verbally harassed, threatened, assaulted, battered, threw to the ground, and sprayed plaintiff with chemical agents.
