Description: On October 28, 2013, Plaintiff and his business associate left a bar in downtown Manhattan and had hailed a taxi. At that time, a police vehicle driven by Officer G. Mejia and Officer B. Jagdeo who said "get the fuck out" of the cab. The cab was then pulled over, and Officer Mejia and Officer Jagdeo threw Plaintiff to the ground on his back and beat him about the head, fact and body with close fists. At this time, a second police vehicle driven by Sergeant G. Faliean and Officer L. Prehan pulled up to the scene, who proceeded to also punch Plaintiff. Description: On October 28, 2013 at approximately 12:30 a.m. Plaintiff and a business associate left a bar, the associate took one or two steps off the sidewalk to hail a taxi, then entered a responding taxi. A police vehicle driven by PO G. Mejia with PO B. Jagdeo pulled up and one of them ordered the associate to "get the fuck out." POs Mejia and Jagdeo pulled the taxi over, removed the associate, threw him to the ground, and beat him about the head, face, and body. As the assault was occurring a second police vehicle containing Sgt. G. Faljean and PO L.
