Description: On December 22, 2019, plaintiff was assaulted in a bar known as the Brass Money located at 55 Little West 12th St. On January 13, 2020, plaintiff provided information to defendant PO to aid him in the investigation of the aforementioned assault. Defendant POs arrested plaintiff at the sixth precinct when the plaintiff was held for a long and unreasonable period without probable cause. The district attorney refused to prosecute the charges against the plaintiff.
