Description: On April 15, 2023, plaintiffs were unlawfully seized by the defendants, confined, subjected to excessive force, falsely arrested and falsely imprisoned without probable cause or legal justification. Plaintiffs gathered personal belongings of plaintiff White from defendant Pellegrino, when he approached plaintiffs and started threatening them to use his taser against plaintiff White. Plaintiff William began recording the interaction. Defendant Pellegrino then ordered defendant Cazares to unlawfully arrest both plaintiffs.
