Description: On June 22, 2019 a vehicle owned by the City of New York and operated by PO Oneil O. Smithwick violently struck plaintiff while on his motorcycle causing great and permanent injury. After the crash Plaintiff was assaulted and falsely arrested by PO Smithwick, PO Brian Tam, PO James Foy, and multiple other unidentified officers.
