Description: In 2012, Officer Defendants from the 7th Precinct, including Officer Leahy, would threaten Plaintiff Ash, harass Plaintiff Ash's visitors and tell them that they were trespassing on NYCHA grounds. In May 2013, Officers Leahy and Conte falsely arrested Plaintiff Ash for supposedly fleeing an out of state misdemeanor. In April of 2015, Plaintiff Ash was assaulted by Officers Lee and McKenzie and was falsely arrested.

Description: At approximately 9:30 am on July 8, 2014, Plaintiff, a student at Cornell University, was lawfully riding his bicycle in the vicinity of Delancey Street, near the Williamsburg Bridge egress, in Manhattan. Without reasonable cause or suspicion, Defendant Police Officer Michael McKenzie Shield No. 1934, Defendant Police Officer Loel Taylor Shield No. 10464, and Defendants NYPD John and Jane Doe 1-10 (collectively "Defendant NYPD Officers") forced Plaintiff off the roadway using their vehicle.
