Description: On April 16, 2013, at around 8PM, the Defendant Officer’s wronfgully touched, grabbed, searched, and arrested Plaintiff without any probable cause or an arrest warrant. Defendant Officer’s brought Plaintiff to a precinct, where he was processed and fingerprinted, and held until around 11PM. Plaintiff was issued a desk appearance ticket and was compelled to appear in criminal court before the charges were dismissed on August 8, 2013.
