Description: On October 11, 2020, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Raymond Guerrero was standing about ten feet from his vehicle which was parked in front of 535 Havemeyer Avenue in Bronx County. At the time, three of Mr. Guerrero's friends were seated inside of the vehicle. Defendant Officer Lauren Stanton and other officers approached the vehicle. An Officer directed the backseat passenger to "put down" a bag that the passenger had been holding before directing the three individuals to exit the vehicle. Description: On October 11, 2020, while Plaintiff was sitting in a legally parked vehicle at parking lot, he was unlawfully apprehended and arrested by the defendants including PO Lauren Stanton. Defendants unlawfully and without cause invasively searched the plaintiff, handcuffed him, and paraded him in public. The defendants were aware that probable cause did not exist for the confinement of the plaintiff and that the confinement was without justification or excuse.
