Description: On or about September 10, 2022, Plaintiffs, husband and wife, were having a date night when Defendant Officers Tyler A Howe, Ashley Ordonez, Michael A. Chrichlow, Faisal N. Elwan, Joanna B. Barletta, and John Doe and Jane Doe #1-6 ran up to Plaintiffs and forcibly grabbed them.
