Description: On December 16, 2010, while Plaintiff was walking on the street, numerous uniformed NYPD officers, Defendants P.O. Jermaine Johnson, P.O. Uriel Henry, CPT. Joseph Memoly and SGT. Victor Torres approached Plaintiff. The officers immediately began searching Plaintiff through his pockets and waistband. While Plaintiff was being searched, the police saw another man who watched what was happening and then began to run away from the police and Plaintiff. When this happened, the four Defendants immediately threw Plaintiff onto the concrete, and Defendant Torres stomped on his hand. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and placed under arrest.
