Description: On November 14, 2022 around noon Plaintiff was arrested by Defendant Officers at City Hall Park in Manhattan. Plaintiff was lawfully present at the park protesting an anti transgender protest along with other transgender allies. The Defendant officers including Defendant Inspector Magee, John Does 1-3, and some or all of the other Defendants violently yanked, grabbed, and twisted Plaintiff's arms, ultimately causing injuries including a fractured elbow. At this point plaintiff was put in excessively tight handcuffs and unlawfully arrested without warning or probable cause.
