Description: Defendant Officer Waring arrested Plaintiff for trespassing despite clear evidence that he was visiting a friend. Plaintiff was taken to 32nd precinct and charged with Criminal trespass in the Third Degree, which was later dismissed. On a separate occasion 20 days later, Defendant Officer Basnight and other officers arrested Plaintiff on the street, took him to the 32nd Precinct, subjected him to an invasive strip search, and charged him with Dis Con which was later dismissed.
