Description: On February 14, 2020, in the County of Richmond, City of New York, the plaintiff was returning home after picking up her children from school in her motor vehicle. The plaintiff stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of Reno and Clawson and looked both ways before proceeding. As she was proceeding, out of the corner of her eye she noticed a NYPD patrol car improperly turning the corner speeding in the wrong direction on the one-way street. The defendant NYPD officers were using no sirens, horn, or loudspeaker, and only had on its flashing lights. Description: On or about November 27, 2013, Plaintiff was inside the lobby of her apartment building. Several unknown Defendant officers approached Plaintiff, who was lawfully in the lobby, and arrested Plaintiff without reasonable suspicion or probable cause. The Defendants put Plaintiff in handcuffs and transported Plaintiff to the Precinct, where Plaintiff was kept in custody for over 18 hours. The Defendants then initiated a prosecution against Plaintiff
