Complaint
Description: On the night of August 11, 2017, plaintiff Brittany Rivera was standing at an intersection when she was approached by defendant Officer Kosinski and three unknown defendant officers. The defendant officers arrested Ms. Rivera and charged her with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Rivera was held at the precinct for several hours and was eventually arraigned based on the testimony provided by the defendant officers.
