Description: On February 5, 2013 at approximately 10:00 a.m. plaintiff Worthy Grant was at his residency, 6704 Parsons Blvd, Apt. 4C in Fresh Meadows, NY, when he received a knock on the door from Defendants Detective Charles Pearce and Detective Matthew Puma. Mr. Grant asks the two detectives if they have a warrant to which they falsely respond that they have a warrant for Mr. Grant's arrest. On February 5, 2013 there were no warrants outstanding for Mr. Grant. Upon requesting to see the warrant Mr. Grant was met with threats. In response to the intimidation Mr. Grant opens the door.
