Description: On February 9, 2012 plaintiff Young Ja Lee and Chun Suk Park were lawfully within their home asleep when NYPD officers dressed in riot gear, forcibly entered the home under the guise of an alleged search warrant. Despite the plaintiffs requests to see a search warrant, defendants refused to do so. The defendants screamed at plaintiffs and pointed guns in their face. The defendants then handcuffed plaintiffs while police ransacked their home leaving it in complete disarray.
