Description: On or about May 4th, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the sidewalk after eating at a restaurant with two friends, when he was approached by PO Raymond Buono and PO "John Doe" of the NYPD. Plaintiff was stopped, seized and placed under arrest. Plaintiff was handcuffed and transported to the 70th Precinct for processing. Plaintiff was detained in a holding cell for some time and then transported to King's County Central Booking.
