Description: On or about March 28, 2012, Plaintiff was verbally and physically abused by Defendant NYPD PO David Engram. Defendant then handcuffed Plaintiff, and falsely arrested, unlawfully detained and caused Plaintiff to be prosecuted with the penal law violation of felony assault and violations of vehicle and traffic law. The charges filed by PO Engram were false and unsupported by the facts or the evidence.
