Description: On October 22, 2012, plaintiff was exiting school at York College. She had left her phone in the bathroom. She returned to school and asked if anyone had seen her phone. Plaintiff tried to leave, but school security blocked her path. Plaintiff called NYPD to the scene. Defendant peace officers began to batter plaintiff. They even ripped plantiff's clothing as they were trying to detain her. The officers who arrived arrested plaintiff and laughed at her while she was in the holding cell. Plaintiff was also sexually assaulted by the officers while she was in the precinct.
