Description: On or about March 29, 2011 POs Linda Vazquez and Isidro Carrion falsely arrested Plaintiff and compelled Plaintiff to spend weeks unlawfully incarcerated. Plaintiff's employment suffered and Plaintiff was caused to be in fear for his physical safety and suffer humiliation, embarrassment, anxiety, and ridicule as a result of this incident.
