Description: On October 27, 2022, Plaintiff was at 41-25 52nd St, Queens, NY, left her apartment and entered the hallway when she was approached and assaulted by her neighbor who yelled at Plaintiff in Spanish and Plaintiff did not understand. Plaintiff protected herself by pulling her neighbor’s hair back. Plaintiff called police. Defendants arrived and approached, pushed, and assaulted and battered Plaintiff. Defendants pushed Plaintiff’s chest towards the hallway wall.
