Description: On or about September 23, 2018 Sgt. Keith Orvieto, PO Waleska Cruz, and other unnamed officers seized Plaintiff's car and caused Plaintiff to be handcuffed, arrested, and physically detained without legal justification. Sgt. Orvieto, PO Cruz, and other unnamed officers caused Plaintiff to be imprisoned for several hours at various locations, including a police precinct. After several hours Plaintiff was released without any criminal charges. On or about that same day, Sgt. Orvieto and PO Cruz knowingly initiated false charges of child abuse and maltreatment against Plaintiff with regard to her children.
