Description: On or about June 23, 2014 Plaintiff was lawfully on the sidewalk when PO Richard Blasetti falsely arrested and imprisoned Plaintiff with excessive force. PO Blasetti continued to assault Plaintiff after Plaintiff was handcuffed so tightly as to cause pain, and PO Blasetti engaged in a shoving match with a nearby civilian that caused additional injury and anxiety to Plaintiff.
