Description: On July 13, 2017, plaintiffs were inside an apartment when it was broken into by police officers. P.O.s Patrick Foley, Adjie O. Headed, and other unidentified officers forced their way inside, assaulted and threw plaintiffs to the floor, placed them in handcuffs, and had guns placed to their heads. The officers ransacked the apartment, never having produced a warrant. Plaintiffs were taken to the precinct, and a case involving Administration for Children's Services was initiated against one of the plaintiffs. Ultimately, all charges against plaintiffs were dismissed.
