Description: Plaintiff was engaged in a peaceful protest when Defendant Officer Ehrenberg grabbed her throat and pushed her, causing her to fall on the sidewalk. Defendant Officer Essig pushed her into the pavement and then handcuffed and arrested her. Plaintiff was taken to the Midtown North Precinct and charged with OGA with the DA declined to prosecute.
